Luigi brings extensive experience in tourism, events and international group travel to the GTS team. With a background in Tourism and Event Management, he has developed a strong understanding of the planning, coordination and attention to detail required to deliver successful group programmes.
Specialising in inbound travel to the UK, Luigi works closely with clients, suppliers and partners to coordinate everything from accommodation and transport to complex itineraries and last-minute challenges. His practical approach, problem-solving skills and genuine passion for working with people help ensure that every group receives a smooth and memorable travel experience.

Dani was born and raised in beautiful Sicily, where her love for travel, culture, food, and discovering new places began at an early age. After completing her Master’s degree in Tourism Management, Dani moved to the UK to start her career in the industry.
She first joined the company in 2012, and over the years she has grown both professionally and personally, gaining valuable experience and a deep understanding of the travel industry.
Her Sicilian warmth, enthusiasm, and love for people are a big part of who she is. Outside of work, she loves travelling, discovering new places, and spending time with her family. After many years in the industry, Dani feels lucky to do what she loves.

With a strong background in travel, hospitality and customer service, Aïda has built a career around ensuring that every stage of the guest journey is fluid and well managed. Her experience spans travel agency operations, luxury hospitality, guest services and logistics, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the operational and customer-facing sides of the industry.
Over the years, she has developed expertise in organising individual and group travel, handling complex reservations and special requests, resolving customer concerns, and delivering personalised service in international environments. Passionate about creating seamless travel experiences, Claudia enjoys working closely with clients, groups, suppliers, and tour leaders to ensure every trip is a memorable success.
